class levels
LEVEL 1
With emphasis on effortless yoga poses, slow and intentional movements, and deep relaxation and release, this class is an opportunity to nurture your body and mind, and to find balance between movement and stillness. As you move with purpose, learn to let go of tension in the body. Through breath awareness, ease the mind away from anxiety.
LEVEL 2
This is the ideal, foundational class for becoming familiar with breathwork, proper form and activation, and movement principles in yoga. While this class is still beginner-friendly and set at a mild pace, expect more active poses and sequences that require foundational strength, stability, and coordination. For beginners looking to “level up” their mat practice, this class will prepare and empower you to take on more active and athletic styles of yoga, like Vinyasa.
