VINYASA YOGA

One of the most popular and widespread styles of yoga, Vinyasa is dynamic and athletic, ideal for individuals looking for a contemporary approach to yoga – a versatile fitness practice rooted in mindful movement and breathwork.

We offer two levels of Vinyasa:

YOGA FLOW 1 | Open-Level Vinyasa is “open to all levels” – from “first-timers” with no yoga experience, to seasoned practitioners looking for a strong and steady flow.

YOGA FLOW 2 | Mixed-Level Vinyasa is open to beginners with prior yoga experience and intermediate practitioners. Beginners can level up to intermediate poses in this class, while our seasoned yogis can take on intermediate- and advanced-level poses, such as arm balances and inversions

class levels

OPEN-LEVEL VINYASA | Open to all levels, from first-timers with no yoga experience to seasoned practitioners. In this class, we practice and master the fundamentals of flow: how to move with intention and how to “move with the breath” through sequences of standard yoga poses. No “peak poses” or intermediate poses in this class – focus instead on proper form and activation, moving gracefully in transitions, and building a foundation of strength, balance, and mobility.

MIXED-LEVEL VINYASA | Provides beginners the strength and flexibility training to level up to intermediate practice; and for seasoned yogis, the tools and techniques for intermediate- and advanced-level poses, such as arm balances, backbends, and inversions. Beginner-level participants may opt out of intermediate practice, and instead focus on building strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance with dynamic Vinyasa sequences.

what to expect

Vinyasa Flow is an active, dynamic, and versatile mat practice that empowers you to explore and harness what you’re capable of.

Learn to move gracefully through flowing sequences of yoga postures designed to make you stronger, more mobile and flexible, and more in-control of your body, your breathwork, and your presence of mind.

For first-timers and beginners, Vinyasa offers a relatively challenging practice where they can learn to move through yoga postures gracefully and intuitively, all the while maintaining proper form, breathwork, and activation.

Meanwhile, intermediate yogis can stay consistent or level up with standard and intermediate-level mat practice, nurturing strength and stamina, balance and determination, increased flexibility and range of motion, and deeper mind-body connection.

Our skilled instructor will be sure to provide modifications and variations to different yoga poses, ensuring that each participant can fully experience the benefits of this practice.
