what to expect

Flow through a series of yoga postures using Hatha’s traditional alignment, movement, and breathwork principles. Learn to link each movement with breath, and move through poses with intention and control, creating a sense of harmony between your body and mind.

Every class offers intermediate- and advanced-level postures, such as backbends, arm balances, and inversions. Explore and practice these postures through a combination of self-practice and your teacher’s hands-on adjustments.

This class is ideal for consistent yoga practitioners, and open to beginners with previous yoga experience. Where beginners can master traditional breathwork and alignment principles, intermediate yogis can deepen and strengthen their mat practice.

Our skilled instructor will be sure to provide modifications and variations to different yoga poses, ensuring that each participant can fully experience the benefits of this practice.
