Please register, book, and pay in advance for your classes. Take note of our cancellation policy and terms and conditions.
Doors open 15 min. before class proper. You may come to the studio 5-15 min. before your class. If you arrive before the studio is ready, you can use the lounge in the Cordova lobby as a waiting area.
Attendees are encouraged to bring your own mat. If you need to rent a mat (PHP 100 per mat), message us on Facebook or Instagram at least 4 hours before class to reserve your mat. Limited mats available.
If you have a medical condition or injury that may affect your ability to safely perform physical activity, consult your doctor before signing up for class.
YOGA CHILL classes are recommended for first-timers (no prior yoga experience) and beginners (limited prior experience).
CORE FLOW (Corework + Vinyasa), HATHA FLOW (Hatha-Vinyasa Yoga), and YOGA FLOW 2 (Mixed-Level Vinyasa) require prior yoga experience. Beginners with prior experience are welcome, but first-timers are not permitted in these classes, to avoid risk of injury and over-exertion.
YOGA CHILL – Level 1 is recommended for older adults and seniors. Older adults and seniors with existing yoga, sports, or fitness practice (i.e., active or fit for their age) may come to any class of their choice.
Our group classes are not suitable for pregnant individuals and kids ages 12 and below. Teens ages 13-17 may take classes with a guardian or with their guardian’s permission.
