what to expect

An introduction to Vinyasa Yoga, this class is specifically designed for first-timers and beginners to learn proper form and activation, yoga terminology, movement principles, and mind-body awareness.

Practice standard yoga postures like downward dog and chaturanga; learn to transition from one yoga pose to the next in a flowing sequence that nurtures strength and stamina, mobility and flexibility, breath control, and mental focus.
